The room was absolutely clean. Beds are very comfortable. Also, I would like to notice the high level of service. The staff are very professional.

Great hotel! Upgraded room on arrival free of charge! Very clean and pleasent staff speaking good english also, on the edge of old town and within walking distance to most bars an shops! 

Tasty breakfast with a big variety, very comfy bed, quiet room to the yard and very friendly and helpful staff, among the best I've experienced so far! Meals in the restaurant were excellent, especially when comparing to other places we've been to in Riga in the same price range. 

The staff are very helpful. When we checked in and could see I used a wheelchair they upgraded our room for free to a disabled suite with a full wet room/bathroom. The room was very warm and the beds were very comfortable. 

Замечательный отель в центре Риги с удобным расположением. Третий год подряд останавливаемся в нем и всегда остаёмся довольны! Сотрудники очень-очень доброжелательны и гостеприимны! Потрясающие сотрудники службы ресепшн, официанты, горничные - все чудесные!
